Hi there! I'm so happy you've landed here! I have helped hundreds of clients to lean into their authentic vision of well-being, heal stress, improve sleep, build resilience, foster healthy relationships, and optimize health and performance. I aim to inspire and support, but nothing I offer is prescriptive. I will never assume your journey is going to look like mine, as everyone's journey is unique. That said, I created this course from love because nutrition was essential in helping me personally to heal from anxiety and chronic stress.
I have my Master of Arts (M.A.) in Integrative Health + Wellbeing Coaching from the University of Minnesota, and I am also a C-IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist. In my career, I've been blessed to work at Mayo Clinic as a Resilience Specialist in the Healthy Living Program, as health coach faculty with Emory University, as a curriculum writer for mindbodygreen, as a yoga therapist at a behavioral health hospital, and with other organizations to help clients build mental fitness and love their bodies. I'm passionate about presenting research- backed information and collaborating mindfully with my clients as they lead the way.
I have CE training in Food as Medicine with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, and have taken graduate-level courses in Principles of Functional Medicine, Evidence-Based Nutrition, Whole Foods Nutrition, and Nutritional Biochemistry. I am also a graduate of Aviva Romm's Integrative and Functional Medicine Professional Training Program.

What if you don't need to avoid 89 foods and take 59 supplements to start building a healthier gut? What if there are simple, research- backed ways to start feeling better?
What if your sugar cravings are not coming from "you", but from the bacteria in your gut?
What if there was a step-by-step way to start eliminating some of the guesswork about how foods and lifestyle choices impact your wellness? That doesn't involve any expensive labwork or food sensitivity testing?
What if the reason you feel tired, overwhelmed, burned out, or moody actually lies in your food and lifestyle choices?
What if you could cultivate health without overwhelm or restrictive dieting?
What if you had access to someone at your fingertips - an expert in habit change - who you could text *whenever* you need support?
Unlike clinical approaches to gut healing, which can be restrictive, overwhelming, and hard-to-implement, this program is a fun, friendly educational journey into the fascinating world of the microbiome, and the research-supported lifestyle strategies for building a healthier inner ecology.
In just 12 modules, you'll dive into the essential lifestyle strategies for building a more diverse, healthy, and resilient gut that can help reduce inflammation, support a happier mood, and build stress resilience.

No - I offer all of my clients fully customizable Coaching "Maintenance" Plans after the initial coaching period is over. Many clients on a weekly cadence may choose to move to a biweekly or monthly check-in. We can keep working together until you feel confident in your lifestyle changes! Nope. I have a whole foods and "food as medicine" approach. I also go far beyond diet to address stress management, mindset, sleep, relationships, physical activity, sense of purpose etc. While I can advise you on questions to ask your physician or registered dietician, recommending supplements is outside my scope of practice
